- I understand, agree and acknowledge that use of the Peach Race and related activities is dangerous and that there is a possibility of an accident causing injury, death, damage or loss of property and that use of the Peach Race is voluntary and solely at my own risk and that I bear such risks.
- The Kuwaiti Inspire Sports Club, which is organizing the tournament, is not responsible for any accidents, damage or damage to the personal property of the contestants.
- All participants must comply with and respect the Kuwait Fire and Ambulance Department and policemen. Participants agree that they will not interfere with the operations of the Fire Department or Ambulance Services and will not interfere with their operations. If a participant interferes with its operations, it will be liable for any consequence due to failure to allow or hinder it from performing its duties in a timely manner.
- I give the organizers the right to send or receive any of my photos, videos or media and to permit posting of photos and videos to a third party for use in audiovisual, print and online media.
- Motorsports are dangerous and accidents that cause damage can happen to me.
